Obviously working him to hard I had a nipper at old company as soon as he shut the door he was asleep no matter what time it was or whether he had done anything or not that day
When i had an apprentice he was the same......wound me right up ! After we had finished one job 'up country' on which he had slept all the way there, I threatened to leave him to find his own way home......he hadn't a clue where we were North, East, South or West. I work alone now .
I used to tough the tip of his nose with my fag haha stopped him snoring at lunch time, (only quickly not long enough to blister it ) if I did that now ild be sued for god knows what but he was a good laugh he gave as good if not better than he got
Another good one is to drop the sun visor down at a slight angle then slam the breaks lol only do it if your mates though as other wise your likely to get in trouble, most people would be annoyed though with a red mark running along there forehead
Nipper I had noticed that at end of the day I got in the van and rubed my hands round the steering wheel to rub of any glue left on them bit of a weird habit I had so one cold day he asked for keys so he could warm van up before we got in good idea packed up got in van nice and warm seat belt on then rub hands round steering wheel little bastard had covered the steering wheel in perminent marker just before I got in both palms of my hands totally covered in black marker
tip water on there crouch (needs to be warm) and carry on driving as if nothing has happened . Most will think they have 'peed' themselves and keep quiet. Pull up at nearest services and ask them to get a snack from the shop. Either they have to admit they peed themselves so wont leave van or stand in shop trying to hide the pee mark.
It`s on the way home. But it could be on the way to work. The van seems like a sleep machine. As soon as he is in it, he is asleep !
