What a great tool, been cutting jumpax with it today, put down almost 40m2, no dust, no sign of the blade wearing out. Well glad I invested in this tool and its uk made.
Told ya mate, great deal you got. Was laughing today about that weird lad at Harrogate all over ya. And ya mad tie
I think I do remember that tie now you mention it! I couldnt tell you what it looked like! I was a bit boozy that night, I couldn't even eat that Chinese. I had them chicken satays for breakfast at 6:00am when Graham decided to put the tv on and wake me up, ruff.
Love it ! I remember a night out in Glasgow, with a young lad who was working with me. BIG night out on the lash, then the customary Kebab. I was so full of beer, I could n`t eat it, and found it by my bed in the morning. It smelt so tasty, I could n`t resist, and picked it up for a bite ! I did n`t know but my mate was watching, and instantly hurled his gut`s up all over !! BIG mess
Haha I couldn't waste them. To be fair Graham didn't look too impressed. I didn't even drink that much but had loads of different types of beer and it done me in.
Shall be using mine tomorrow to ply a bedroom , great tool , have u got the dust extractor too ? i have but if you use it too much it cuts out , so gonna have to look for a bigger unit
was thinking about getting an exakt saw but decided that id save the money and go for one of these when I get a big ply job come up next http://www.screwfix.com/p/makita-hs300dwe-85mm-circular-saw-10-8v/68621 looks the daddy imho
Dont really get the Exact saw bought one for ply but found it awkward to use and not very accurate Found the guard got in the way. So I will stick with a concave blade
Looking at the new exact saws on line and came across this https://www.worxtools.com/AU/VersaCut_.aspx anyone seen or used one not sure on the battery option don't think it would last long but thinking about the corded version if I can find a 110v
Crap, no dust port so crap was everywhere and it was a lot bigger than my exact and couldn't get used to long cuts holding at a different angle and battery was ****e, all in all a great product! Back onto my 4th Exact but just swap them over every time
I've just read reviews and they all say the same what exacts do you have a have the first green one seen there is a purple pro one will a bigger motor but there's a brown one that they say is better than purple but its still got the small motor
Had the purple one (ooer missus!) burnt out the motor within 2 months, pain in the ass waiting over a month to send away and get repaired as it is trade one. So just use green one now and get it from Homebase as they are always in stock and always keep the receipt in the van and swap over if something goes wrong there and then. Only use for ply up to 9mm and use vacuum and bought a load of own brand tct blades off ebay for £15 and going strong
I went through two purple ones ( ps125) in two years with the gears failing. My cheap green one (ec310) has lasted four years with no problems.
