hmrc record check

has anyone had a letter about hmrc record check?had one on the 8th rung them today spent about 5 min on the phone to say i dont need anyone to visit.

it seem they are targeting small business to make sure they keep records

 

accountable for that's the problem

 

im not vat reg so and i wont till i hit the threshold which will go up next year by more i hope

 

its surprising how many people dont keep records mate.i saw a program and the ladies running a hair dressers had 2 receipts

 

what.. she asked for 2, or that's all she had in a financial year.. lol

 

supposed finacial year she had them in her pocket lol keep safe and all

 

wish i only had 2.. bloody paperwork. 2 lots of accounts.. 2 lots of vat..

 

its bad enough with one without vat mate

 

tell me about it.. just file one online then all of a sudden the other one need doing. ahhh...
