Does anyone do anything to counteract the wear and tear of work. I have a pair of ice therapy gel wraps for my around my knees I use occasionally. It only takes fifteen minutes and they work well.

they are for pain relife but also can message muscle, depending on the machine you can have low pulse setting which will stimulate the muscle, i had a frozen sholder, well more like the muscle at the back of the upper arm and shoulder pulled, and the machine helped me, the doctors where suggesting steroid jabs and if that didn't work an operation was required ( up to a year of work and it may never be right again). I belive it helped me and at the price they cost what the hell give it a go.

they can also be used (in you mind) to torture the shop manager/ estimator or who ever pee's you of that day

The highest I ever had mine for treatment was setting 3 of 9. Even 4 was too much! They would be excellent torture devices.

tip never ever try the pads on the sole of you feet.... its painfull when your foot tries to make a fist

agree with the settings although different muscle groups can take more, most i ever had was five but built up gradualy to it

I'll bear that in mind lol. I'd better not attach them to the other places I was thinking either although I did put them on my chest once so I see my pecs dance.
