Using safebond 3 black adhesive on beige thermoplastic tiles. Messy.
Oh falling asleep on Merseyrail and being stuck to the seat with it.

I really miss fitting thermoplastic floor tiles onto black adhesive at a council remod site in a kitchen , without windows in, and snow coming in through the open windows . G.C. Flooring in Manchester , what a proper company that really looked after the fitters !!
The 70's !! I miss that time like I miss the black death !!

One small dot of it seemed to go everywhere . And it took ages to go black in the winter . And if you went in wet , well bloody mess !!

Bad scarey vans the amount of times over loaded 90 mph up the motor way with only a piece of metal the thickness off a fag paper between you and what ever you were going to hit but that middle seat was warm when I was training the middle seat never had a seat was just an engine cover

It was either that or in the back, I had a habit of blowing head gaskets in them with the engine in the cab it was amazing how quick it all filled with smoke clear vision to dense fog in 2 seconds haha was just a case of hit the bakes while frantically trying to open the window and pray

The old boss used to sell them to a bloke who used to take them to Africa cut the roof off and use as tourist safari bus, not a chance I would be in one of those with a rhino or elephant near by

copydex and cloth tape to do seams, no knee pads in work trousers just raggy kneed jeans, no health and safety, hand glueing laminates together and clamping overnight, and what did we do before spray glue was invented i cant remember.
