    Who uses one?
    Who gets on with them?
Tried one today on 72m2 and found it awkward to use, opinions please..

I clear the leaves with a rake? Sounds like a tool for big area?

The rake has nothing to do with the spike roller. They do a different job completely!!!

I have a rake Mario but prefer a big trowel then I spike it.

I did about 5m2 with it, then old faithful broke out and I did the rest quicker.....
Found that going over parts that had been done, it would leave tram lines from the rake

Ive got two, had em for a few years
Love it, brilliant bits of kit, combined with the spikey roller
Screed always goes further when using it as well

i got one from rafina but tend to only use on areas over 100 ish sq metres. good tho if your mixing triple mixs and your mate can keep up mixing, its getting right angle of handle all the time is main thing handel to low and you put more down to high and you dont put as much down just set pin height keep level and walk around and keep an eye on the wave of latex that cones out the side so masking tape up if you can

    word of caution tho
They are kack unless floor is already flat
If its an uneven floor then chuck it in favour for the pin leveller
Oh and it doesnt like the fibre gear either, it 'sives' the fibres together lol:rolleyes:

What screed was being used? Used mine on both water based and latex, found it worked so much better on water based.
