Working for the older generation is the best. Today we had about 4 cups of tea, cheese and ham toastie and Victoria sponge cake and custard creams! What a customer. Put up the finished pics in a few days
Bout time floor layers use correct sanding equipment lagers ate great do you use any bona equipment ?
Yeah mate, I don't do a lot of sanding, maybe 6 jobs a year? I hire it from safety flooring supplies in slough. All bona pro belt sanders, edgers and trio to finish. They hire absolutely every tool in flooring,
£250, but I've been going there since the company I first started with. If that makes any difference I don't know?
That's the only thing I haven't ventured into, always thought that it was too much effort for too little return and problems
Lucky for me my dad owns a tool hire company so no hire costs for me jhst charges me for belts disks bags etc
looks good mate, never got into finishing and maintainence or carpet cleaning maybe I should could be a nice little earner
Well the way things are out there its worth being able to take on as much work as possible. I'm pretty quiet this week so glad I started taking on the sanding jobs again. Life's much easier since the trio come about
Trios are great old company brought 3 of then an out 5 years ago used to use them on plywood before feather finishing on large jobs
Finished with 2 coats of traffic Customer said ''looks very nice but one of the blocks in the hallway seems lighter than all the others''. Really?
Joker, it's a natural product how the hell are you going to get them looking the same and why put down wood rather than a laminate if that's what you wanted?
