Expanded I'd say mate. Cold to warm.
They all look tight now. Was it really cold when you fitted them?

The backing can. Happened to me years ago doing a police station. Fitted cold on tack adhesive and they all tightened the week after so had to go fix it.

Just wondering on picture mate. I do mine through tapatalk but sometimes they are small ?

Looks like they have expanded all the same direction have you taken any up and measured to see if they are same size from north to south then east to west we laid some jhs Epsom carpet tiles and they expanded by 2 mm and tented up but only one way

Fitted some Gradus tiles last year. Had exactly the same thing happen.
Gradus came round and checked them. They said they were faulty, and replaced them.

Is there heating on in the building now ?
Is the taki underneath the tiles still taki, or had is gone back to a liquid ?

looks like a heat change issue to me.

Tell the rep that floorskills does courses for people that dont understand how products move with heat change.
