So on this site they have a combination of cowboy roofers stupid ground workers and the mother of all **** ups so following on from pics of ruined floors in wood section we now come to today heavy rain over the last few days has filled the roof that's dished with water that's over flowing down the side of the buildings due to no drainage on roof the ground out side turned into a swimming pool so the foreman had a great idea to drill holes in floor so the water flowed into car park underground to stop ground water flowing into new buildings but the carpark has a down ramp in and up ramp out resulting in swimming pool number 2 ha the water level has got so high in carpark its flowing through vents into the new only opened last month cinema next door :0 so they now have 6 labourers hovering water up outside every time it rains
he he i worked on a contract in manchester a few years ago and they forgot to put drainage in the courtyard and when it rained it filled up to around 3 feet deep and flooded out 20 ground floor apts ,water was cascading out of patio windows on the outside like waterfalls. had to replace all flooring ,great for my bank balance ,thank you our polish cousins.
To be honest mate I think you should get out of there! I would be worried about the walls falling in or the ceiling coming down on me! Definatly wouldn't be using the lifts Is it their first ever job?
You would think Iit was there first job but unfortunatly they are a massive building company been around years, speaking to foreman in our building it all stems from when they did ghe original pricing they messed up on the roof price and went through over 30 companys before they found one that could do the job for the price they wanted to pay and then it was only 2 men so the roofing fell behjnd but the internal work carried on as aparently it was cheaper to sort problems out after rather than pay the penalty clauses for stoping work to sort roof its crazy, they have pumped out water from roof carpark and outside today but flooded the road ha, every trade have been pulled off tomorrow so they can dig up all areas outside and have every ground worker on site sorting out drainage tomorrow and weekend
the tilers crapped in every bog as well, none of them were up and working they hadn't connected the water little brown fish in every pan and they robbed some of my tools gits.
