What do you fix 9mm ply with? I always use 9mm now but I screw it down so wouldn't fancy doing that corridor like that
you could be on hiding to nothing, if they lay the floor and the customers not happy, there gonna blame the sub floor
6/9mm then Renovation screed for cheap job or Fibreplan/700/FA 20 for a better but slightly dearer job, belt and braces all day long mate.
don't feather if you're ringshanking the ply down the nails can get hot in direct sunlight and leave impressions on the flooring, always best to over screed min 3mm.
Thats why I would price for levelling, if there's a few dips in the floor you will sort it out! Price for 6mm coat tho
The problem is after a while with heating coming on the ply might Expand a bit.That's when ply lines might appear. If you use a wood screed you won't have that problem.
