thermals

    any of you guys wear thermals under your workwear this time of year.
    ive got a few pairs of all in ones ,look like a very large baby in them but they dont half stop your legs from chaffing on cold work pants,also being all in ones you dont have to constantly keep pulling them up but on the down side its a nightmare when you go for a c**p.:eek:

    Yeah you just know that sh1tting through a trap door in your thermals isn't going to have a happy ending. It reminds me of a mate on a fishing trip who went into the bushes and pulled down his chest waders and squatted for a dump. When he stood up and pulled up his waders it fell down the legs. He had to wash his jeans in the river or there was no way he was getting in the car.

    Cold work, whats that?
    Indoors with the central heating on full blast, thats me!!! (acclimatising the materials I'm working with of course)

    everytime Steve.. just finished a job outside Banbury snow everywhere, nice 'n toasty indoors - There's a father & son thatchers up on the snow covered roof all day!!! must be f00king mad!!! think they each had 10 layers on & just rolled around the roof like a pair of snowmen :cool:

    At least with that much on if they fell off the roof they'd bounce:D

    I have to admit I've turned into a cold weather softie. I even put my jacket and woolly hat on just to go out to the van .....and if anyone leaves a door open I'm not slow to mention it lol
