    Morning,

Had to measure up a job Friday and its a tiled floor. I have no problem priming and latexing over them. The tricky bit is the room is all on a slope. The slope is 3m long and 5m wide im not sure how im going to stop all the latex buggering off and puddling at the bottom. The slope is a bit of a monster to be fair and my poor brain cant think of a product or a way to latex it.

Any ideas or suggestion would be great

You can get foam strips that are sticky backed which stop screed from running away. Not cheap tho

Did a job in an old cinema a few years ago. The job had quite a big slope on it. We got the balls rep down to see what the best product was so as not to lose it all down one edge. They recommend wear coat I was a bit skeptical but it worked.

20 quid for a box. I use them in front of kitchen units so not to screed in the feet! I find the feet harder to kick off when they've been Screeded in :)

I did a screed in January and used NA, the slope was about 4m long and dropped 10cm it worked very well.

Surely you could just use a latex based screed and maybe hold back a dash of the liquid, that way it wont all fall to the bottom of the slope, just may need a bit of a rub and feather.

I would have thought if you use a water based and mix with minimum recommended water in it wouldn't flow on the slope but still be smooth.

You would think about 3 m long holding about 50 lengths compared to what you lads are paying.
