Quality. Best one I had was a commercial kitchen were I had to remove the old altro. I was scrapeing the grease up with a shovel. Makes you glad to be a floor layer.
No he did'nt thank god. I would have said yes to be polite and poured it away !! Felt a bit sorry for him because he was old and has a so called carer/cleaner who is payed for by us, by the looks of it does'nt do alot. By the look of it he had peed himself aswell. Guess society has just let him down.

On a serious note what's your policy on disconnecting & reconnecting appliances & services to them, ie: gas. Do you do it or leave it? I don't anymore too much can come back on you I think, flooded kithen as forgot to put waste on washer last time.

Personally I judge it one the condition of the plumbing. If it looks to be in good order I'll disconnect and reconnect and check thoroughly for leaks. I've only come a cropper once when the piping behind a washing machine fell apart big time as it hadn't been moved in eighteen years. The customers appreciated this and covered me to replace some of the piping and the ball valves. I should add I started this caper with a bathroom company and very basic plumbing isn't a problem to me.
don't touch white goods gas electric and plumbing i keep a very wide berth, i know floors that's my trade i'd rather not cock up something i don't know how to fix
Did a job the beginning of the year, customer had pulled wm out, and un-plumbed, went to put waste pipe back in and it snapped. it was about 15 years old and rubber, you could just snap 1" lengths of with your hand where it was perished. So you do need to be careful!!
