We had a conservatory put up 6 years ago, hassle from the first day they turned up to build, leaks, not doing what was agreed, electrics, stable door thats never worked properly and lousy customer service. Anyway my wife went up to it today to find this. Anyway, went in to see them as has a supposedly 10 year guarantee, outcome? refusing to do anything about it as "anything" could have caused that, p@£%d off!!
Holy ****! Firms like that make my blood boil. When you pay out your hard earned cash you expect a job done properly!
f00k that's not good matey... any idea what caused it..? not a straight forward shaped unit to replace either..!!! pi$$ poor customer service as norm nowadays, just make sure to spread their sh3ite service & bad name around at your jobs & through your contacts...?
How did you manage that then? its only the inner pane of the double glazing gone, lol, so at least still watertight!
