Hi some members may already know of me from the other side. I fit carpet, vinyl and laminates been doing this for 27 years at the mo I don't supply but I do want to change this. Also looking at improving my knowledge on sub floor prep went on the Ultra floor product awareness day, were I met Matt, Daz and Mike and other like minded fitters had a great day and learnt quite a bit.

Yep got a couple of freebies to try out. In all the time I've been fitting I have kept away from screeds, leveling compounds, primers and DPMs. Now got a thrist for knowledge in this area. I do blame dazlight for this.

Thanks daz got a lot to learn and my tool want list has tripled in size. The ultra floor and uzin/tlc demo days have wetted the appetite for hard floors I feel courses will be on the horizon. Hopefully Matt will help in this area. It was also good meeting everyone Thursday night.
