Has anyone come across a concrete subfloor that is so porous its just sucks water or primer clean away. I had one recently where I had to really wet it down before hand but it still caused the latex to pinhole where it was drying too quick.

Try double priming that will help.

Yes quite a few times ! Prime twice does help but you don't know until it happens ?

In this weather the top surface will be much drier than normal due to the heat and evaporation. I've had a couple recently and got round it with a very wet diluted prime ( basically wetting the floor a lot) followed by a regular diluted one.
