Doesn't surprise me, most the screeds in new builds look like first timers. They are like giant training grounds. Surely no experienced floor screeder would do that??
I've got some pics of a screeded floor in a new build, shocking. And the house was passed. Will add some time tis week.
Looks good but did you do anything with the cracks? I would have been a little concerned with it cracking again
It's a block and beam floor, they didn't grout it and only put a slurry coat over it before the sand cement went down, one of the blocks moved I reckon before slurry dried. Bob the buider said to leave it now and he'll see if it will move again..... before Lvt goes down..
