I have been working with Tarkett for the last 18 months and also Altro. Anything related to cleaning and maintenance I have been providing the correct equipment that should be used to keep all flooring clean to a high standard. For years now the cleaning industry have been way behind in manual mopping systems and to a certain point even floor machines also the chemical being used to clean floors. Scot Young himself came up with the idea to develop a system that is up to date with all the flooring manufactures so all floors could be cleaned easy. The system it’s self is very unique as it cleans Microfibre a source so the mop head is being cleaned before it’s put back down on the floor so you are not spreading dirt around, Using the system on a floor that has a build-up of dirt it would take a little bit of elbow Greece however on a just laid floor if the floor is cleaned with The Ultimate from day one the floor will be maintained a lot better it’s minimum moister so the floors are also not being soaked, Also the system has a portion control so the right amount of chemical is being used every time. The trouble with old systems that’s exactly what they are OLD and in the past, with our new system The Ultimate it is the future for maintaining all types of flooring. FloorSkills has just taken on the SYR cleaning system. What can i say? Well its the best cleaning system i have ever used. So simple but genius system. We have been cleaning the floors at FloorSkills for the last few weeks with this system. What we have been doing is mopping the floors with a traditional system and when dry we have gone over the floors again with the new system, the amount of extra dirt it removes is amazing. It also leaves the floors almost dry and uses a very small amount of cleaner. FloorSkills has now introduced this system to our maintenance courses/apprenticeship. Funny, i have spoken to a fair few people about the system since the open day. Every one remembers the system when i mention "Steve who had the young lady with him " Anyway, we had the pleasure of inviting steve back to FloorSkills a few days a ago. Steve brought the young lady along with him that seemed to please the apprentices !
