    anyone laid this before?

what a nightmare job ive had today in a hall lounge and dining room 60m2 in total

de-nailed and removed all the skirtings repaired the subfloor then eventually put the underlay down

i just couldnt get the end joints to lie flat they were always raised even 3 - 4 rows in finally stopped and gave the customer the bad news

i tried sanding, planing and just pure belting it with a mallet to try and get it to lie flat but too no joy

i know this system relies on the next row holding it down but after 5 rows and numerous packs opened surely this is a bad batch or has anyone any tips hints

ps been fitting laminate/wood for 15 years so its not a case of unsure of laminate but this is a head scratcher for me :(

Sounds like a dodgy batch, give the wholesalers the number on the back of the board to then pass to Ingrid at balterio to find out if any other issues with the batch
