Having a few problems with this job, lots of unfilled boards, short boards and some shudder marks, so we are having to sort them all out before we lay them, which is slowing the boys done a bit,meeting the manufacturer on Tuesdays to get some money off! Laying danskin soundeck first which is 26mm thick (18mm chipboard with 8mm cosy stuck on it) on 1000 gauge DPM , then 3mm foam then 22mm engineered oak, with 10mm flanking strip, then we cover with felt paper and hardboard for protection. Only 1,500m2 so we are a little rushed, especially with the problems
lately we have, got a real big one in the pipeline and i might need a hand , 18,000m of a acoustic wood effect vinyl in stratford area, might have to get a few apprentices on board quick !!! starts in November so got to be careful what i take on now
