I have ajob to do, 4.35x4m. Customer wants floor level and smooth. Right now its got holes, clearly not level. What would you advise for this job? Firstly to fill the holes/dips some which are about 3cm, then to level the floor. I need to the do the floor in one day and im no expert in screeding.

    Any advice appreciated.

Think you'll need more than 1 day mate, eporip the holes then screed 1-2 days later

Are you laying the flooring or just leveling it ?

Fill the holes with Ardex rapid A45 if you use warm water it will dry solid in half an hour to an hour then prime & I'd recommend using a water base screed if your not used to screeding also spike roller will help a lot !
If it needs a DPM use laybond rapid DPM dries in a hour
You'll get it done in a day no problem mate !

I was thinking ardex 45. Yes I will be laying sheet vinyl in there, it's a storage room for some flats and I'm following someone else's quote. I do have a roller. I've done some screeding but not very confident as I hardly do it.

tbh screeding is easy if you have the right tools:
    spiked roller
    pin leveller
    prime prime prime
