    Oh I have the 12" in its box for everyday, and have the gundlach 24" inch for when it's needed. Way to heavy to lift for a little bathroom up on the 5th floor though.

    Same as carrying a big heavy roller up loads if stairs Its not guna happen !

    Sold my Gundlach 24 there for £480 as was too heavy and got a Magnum L13 pro for £350 and great as it does both LVT and laminate

    bought my 24" gundlach £180,just needed setting up when i bought it.. i remember someone told me to angle the blade so it cuts like scissors from right to left,great tool

    no idea daz,was on ebay..for more,as it did not sell i contacted him,he said it bangs when cutting,their was no tile angle part that runs up & down the track,i took a chance & a mate of mine collected for me as he travels up north. when i got it i thought OHH NO, then i unwound the adjusters all the way out then slowly wound them in so its cuts like a scissor,works perfect now,bought a angle adjuster from janser
