    Funny you say that we placed our first Distinctive order today!!

    The problem with some customers is they want Karndean and wont listen to alternatives. But we are getting there....

    Is it true that karndean will not give you warranty / guarantee On there products if you are not a approved karndean installer ??

    surely if it is an error in there products it is down to them? And any fitting error down to the fitter.

    You get a 1 year guarantee I believe which they have to give you by law. It's designed to help retailers out so everyone doesn't just go buy it online for less.
