    Paperfelt is def a fitters best friend
    First started using it when i did a fair lot of lino when i first started a few yrs back
    The proper lino, 5mm+ gear
    Gave me nightmares back then i tell ya lol
    ESP in winter lol:rolleyes:

    All good stuff there gents. I'll be posting a weird and wonderful one next week once the joiners have fitted the skirtings and shifted their gear out the house. As soon as I finish each room the dust sheets have gone down so no good pics to be had.

    Talking of paper who cuts it neat round round the wc etc and who does offsets with a lvt plank and pencil?

    I do both ways, depends on mood tbh
    also std template way with an old cover strip

    I always offset it as my knife never seems to be sharp enough to cut the paper without tearing in awkward postions lol

    I just fold the paper over a couple of times and cut round a tile, get a load of templates and then cut them net with a sharp straight blade where I need them. Only back mark if I'm doin a whole area like a bathroom
