    good afternoon Chaps,

How or what do you guys use for fixing plywood. We use compressor guns or hand held spot nailers with 18 or 22mm divergent staples but the guns / nailers keep either breaking or jamming.

    Many thanks

Coil nailer with 22mm for 6mm ply. We'll use 25mm on 9mm if the subfloor is chipboard or screw the 9mm if its boards.

You might find as the oil passes through the gun there will be a build up around the nail forwarding mechanism causing the nails not to be pushed entirely under the firing mechanism and causing a jam. A thorough cleaning takes care of it.

To keep your gun clean & prevent jamming, after use, detach it from the air pipe & give it a good blast with air from your compressor to blow out all the crap & also you shouldn't use WD40 to clean it with this can clogg it & make it Jam !
Spotnalis do a proper clean for there staplers & nailers

At last! A good use for the little air gun you get in your compressor accessory kit. The tyre gauge I use but not the spray gun, the cheap coil air hose or that other gun thing with the long nozzle

Got a senco screw gun for 6-9mm ply , don't fit 3.6mm ply far too thin for anything really maybe a ring nail , staple would go straight thru
