Went back on jobs today what some fitter had done for the firm i work for. Little to say, as i go on two of his jobs what he ****ed up on. He got sacked. Look at this mess of welding.

Shocking looks like polysafe astral one of the nicest vinyls to weld imo

 

Domestic fitter taking on a cove and cap. Says hes been doing it for 30 years, yeah right. He just messed up a £25000 job for asdas cutting short and messing welds.

 

There was bits put in around capping where cut short.

 

Ouch! My poor eyes...........
