Went to look at a newly laid rubber floor the customer is not happy with as it is uneven. It was put down by a builder (I know!) on an unprepared, painted concrete floor. I am not familiar with the material which is 10/12mm thick with a fleck (bright blue in this case) and 1 mtr wide. Would anyone have any idea of the name of the product?
Also sounds like Bladerunner from Jaymart. Regupol make loads of products like this. Thats gonna be an expensive mistake on the builders part.
lets hope it's not this one then.... http://www.rubberco.co.uk/rubber-gym-mats-gym-flooring-c-26.html#thumb
Haha went to look at a job in a gym on Friday it had been layed 12 months ago, this is exactly what was coming up due to the screed turning to dust underneath. Gonna be a pricey affair by the looks of things
The builder never laid the floor it was a company that has gone bust according to the manager there that's why he's not got them back in, not kidding when I say there is not a part of it that's not loose or lifting.
I used to go there, if I remember rightly sjs flooring did it, it started lifting after about 2 weeks
The guy said it was a company from Huddersfield who did it RH flooring I think they were called. I know a few blokes at Sjs but they don't deal in that type of work it's usually modular buildings and council houses.
