Hi guys, this is my 1st post so please be gentle!
After lots of web searching and sample sorting we've decided on Moduleo for our Kitchen Diner and hallway. Mainly because of the finish of the plank, very wood-like with a great texture. We've found the exact colour we want in the Select range but the same colour isn't available in the Transform range.
I've been told by my local supplier that his fitter had troubles fitting the Select on the only occasion that he's sold it.
Does anyone else have the same thoughts or has he just been unlucky on that one occasion?

    Any advice is welcomed

    Thanks

We sell loads of the stuff. Had 3 problems so far that's in nearly 2 years. They were very quick in sorting it out by upgrading to transform for the same money. Had more problems with Amtico and Karndean .

Is that because the Select range is just a pain to fit or is it because of the type of floor it was being laid on? Ours is new build so has a flat concrete floor.

Problems with the select. But like I said that's 3 in probably 50 floors.

In the 2 boxes some were smooth an some with rough.
They said just lay them, Mike duff so don't an I didn't thank god. They sent 2 new boxes the same. So had to get all the smooth ones out an use them.
Still cost me time an had to work a Saturday to some my jobs out.

Heard a few issue's with Moduleo with print being missing or light colours coming in yellow...I guess they're still learning the lvt market...it will take time to perfect it.

    ive had issues with transform
rough & smooth textures in the same batch resulting in shades and tones differences
looked like a checkerboard, wasnt happy, but theyve held hands up and replacing the lot.
no word if this includes labour to uplift old and relay new tho.....

Out of interest, what is the product you have chosen? Have you considered other brands that may have a similar colour/texture. For example we've just fitted some Vusta and the customers are over the moon with the finish.

Love the vusta/luvanto. Fitted some just before Christmas and goes together a treat.

We've opted for the Classic Oak 24837. This only comes in the Select Range for some reason and there isn't a Transform equivalent. It's the brown/red combination it has that appeals to us as it goes with our oak furniture as well as the reddish walnut block kitchen worktop. The Transform colours are either too brown or too orange! God knows why they don't do the exact colours across both types.

Anyway, we did look at Amtico (didn't like the finish) and will be looking at the Karndean stuff over the weekend.

In the shops we've been in we haven't come across any Vusta gear but I'll be doing a search now

By the way, it is the Dryback we're looking at, not Click

wouldn't work for moduleo, couldn't work for any other lvt manufacture no matter who tries to persuade me !!! Vusta stuff is good, has got better, heard good things regarding earthworks too but none have a better finish than distinctive.
