would you lot like to be invited down to Jancer to see some of there removal tools in action? It will probo be at BWFA centre but i will have a word with Jancer and see if we can get some demo stuff set up? No promises here but if interested i can approach them and ask them to bring there kit along?
To hire for the week was around £400 mate. That includes the vacuum and 2 x 5v transformers. Its a floor scrabbler but not sure what make and it is the loudest machine Ive ever used :? I done around 50 m2 in a day with it. Lounge, hallway, dining room. takes a few chunks out the screed when you hit the weak spots! I would be interested in a floor prep day Matt.
Yes, i would use prim grip. We have had it on test for last 6 months over bitumen. However this would not be guaranteed by manufacturer. They simply say remove old adhesives.
Reviving an old thread here. We've just gone over some old bitumen with Mapei Latexplan, looking really good apart from a few dips where the subfloor had deeper holes to fill. All easy enough to sort and we have pre warned the customers that it might be the case. Should I re prime the floor neat or diluted once the screed has been finished before we fit the Karndean?
