So busy I had to go back on the tools ! 5 vans up the warehouse at 6.30 Did this job myself While 4 guys started a sanding and uv sealing, And 6 others did 300m2 carpets tiles in office areas moving the desks, They finish first and two helped me finish off and 1 went to the sanding, After I finished they went home and I went and helped the others sanding, Sanded and got the base coat done at 8.30pm ! Absolutely shattered and got to go in tomorrow at 7 to coat it and uv cure it ! Must teach somebody else so I don't keep having to do it.

It's Marlings showroom in London, or Mohawk products from the states, they have the contract for importing
You lucky so and so, after working real late the night before, all we thought we would do was give it a couple of quick coats and cure it, But no the seal had other ideas, we did it by around 3pm but it will have to be done again, I suppose it was 150m2 and it looks sh*te I think the seal had gone off, I shock the tins for 10 min each but on the first one all the solids had sunk to the bottom, so I ended up getting a stick and stirring the sludge into the seal, when I was putting it on I didn't notice anything wrong but the end result is all bitty, really rough Anybody else had it happen to them with other seals? Might only happen with the UV cure stuff as it could be the stuff that allows the light to set it, that has separated, I don't know what caused it but when you work all the hours I have done you expect to give the client a good job, Maybe because the floor looked so bad before they might be happy, but I will tell him anyway and buff it off and recoat next time I am on site.
