Went to see a job a few days ago wet underfloor heating system 7 inches of screed been down 6 weeks alarm bells ringing. I've checked it with the mrh3 in masonry mode that was reading 71 so set up some boxes and left them for 4 days I've gone back today with subfloor temp 20.5 and rh 90.5 with hygomaster. How long do you think I should tell the client to leave it? Engineered floated is going down.

on average I have found them to drop by 2% a week with good ventilation and a bit of heat, obviously not from the floor ...lol
