My guy did this in two days, 6mm plywood, 6mm rustic( prefer prime myself and if i was being picky i don't like the couple of dark blocks, might look different in real life and not notice as much,Clients over the moon so does it matter what i think ) pined and stuck, border, filled and sanded and base and one top coat, before he went to another job in the morning he did the other top coat, Tried a new Italian lacquer on it and it came out very well, going to the factory on monday for three days, got to be done really a few peroni's and pizza's , bang goes the diet
Do you all still put 6 pin in yours as well as stick them, or just stick ? We have always pined and filled, as they look more traditional, adhesives are so good now you probably don't need to,it's just we always have,
