Nice stuff mate. Wood is nice but I do like seeing something a bit different.

 

Good job that Merit, but always a bit heartbreaking to nail into a perfectly good floor.

New house owner mate, didn't like the 21mm engineered they inherited! They ripped 20 m2 out from the master bedroom but said they won't be doing the carpet till next year? They really hate the wood floors!!

 

Seem to be getting loads of grey and silver at the minute wouldn't mind a beige to break it up

 

Nice prep Good to see the bullnose gripped around the the riser did you sew it ? can't tell from the pic

 

I was going to sew it but couldn't getaway piece big enough for the pattern match! Had to move it all around as one of the cuts (Internet company) had a dirty great stain running thru it. Bit of a shame but still looked good, didn't pukku up like some do when you cap it
