Been asked to price fitting some bouncle the customer already has. I went to have a look the other day & its new stuff but it doesn't have the rubber backing on it ? Has any one fitted naturals with out backing before ? I'm concerned the glue will come through if I attempt to sick it ? It's 3rooms flat lay & 2 stair cases.
I did some of that the other day, the customer was told by the manufacturers (kersaint cobb) to lay it with normally underlay an gripper, so that's what I did. It looked ok. Even though I think it needs to be glued. But the only problem is if you use glue an you're not meant to you haven't got a leg to stand on if things go wrong..
The customer is an interior designer & want it fitted in her own house she doesn't even know where she got it from & also it needs joined. I want to stick it but if the glue comes through its fooked ? Anyone else got any ideas please ?
Smaller notched trowel say A2 and let the F3 almost go off. As long as you have no big blobs of adhesive you will be fine.
You can fit naturals on contract 9. Not sure what your price is like for it. You using blind gripper too.??
Yes always blind grips flat short pin on stairs ! I get C9 at a good price which one do recommend Contract ?
Just an update on this job. Decided I didn't really want it so I put in a daft price thinking they'd never go for it ? I got the job Lol
