I was just wondering if anyone on here fits ceramic type floor tiles, if so is it a good add on to your carpets/lvt business?
I used to do a lot of tiling which reduced to only doing floor tiling which has further reduced to only natural stone floor tiling. There's quite a bit of tech knowledge and experience needed to prep floors adequately. I mean a lot of my lvt jobs are due to tiled floors failing as nothing can be done to remedy them. There's a lot of 'characters' doing tile floors with minimal knowledge, minimal prep for minimal prices. The only reason I still do the occasional stone floors is most of the aforementioned characters are scared of them.
I do ceramic and porcelain and have got carpet,Karndean work from being able to do the tiling as well. I also do underfloor heating So it all goes together.
