Nosings in refurb

    Is it a H&S requirement to use nosings in a refurb?
    I originally installed gel back about 20 years ago in the place.
    There are 3 sets of stairs.

    No its not a legal requirement mate. There is no law that says you must install a non slip nosing on a staircase. It's down to the landlord to decide if they are needed.
