What price for lying, sanding, finishing?

Hi All,
I'm starting with installation solid wood floor business and I'd like to have a slightly better idea about value of my service I'll charge customers, especially at the beginning.
I'm going to focus mainly on solid wood floor of good quality. What range of prices would you suggest to start with? I'm aware that there is many facts. I try to call different companies and I couldn't find out anything.
Please gave me some ideas, let's say 20 square meters room with not many cuts:
1. laying floor on concrete with glue £?
2. laying floor, on wood secret nailing £?
3. sanding floor £?
4. finishing floor £?

(I'm open for any suggestions)

I haven't done any job on my own yet.
I think that about £250 for laying floor.
£100 for sanding and finishing.

 

whats your experience level etc?
Background etc?

 

any mention of prices will be saved for the trade section though fella, not much use in this area

 

I've done a couple jobs with professional team.
I've done a course, laying wooden floor in the floor skills centre.
I'm still improving.

 

Id get a couple of years behind you yet bud.
