This last week has been boiling hot, something we're not at all used to here in the north.
A lot of respect to you guys down south, how do you deal with it? Mind you in two weeks I'll be complaing about frostbite.;)

Been doing a bit of a big bedroom today. 6 cuts, 19' to 26'. All in some designer thick silk saxony.
    Heavy as.

Carpets were on site in a pile downstairs. Biggest on top so we decided fresh legs = biggest 1st. Struggled just picking it up. I took top end going upstairs. My mate and his lad were at the bottom. They couldn't get up one step with all the weight so we had to plonk it in the hall.
Builders gave us a hand. Still Struggled with 6 of us

It's been crazy hot down in surrey! Had to do a conservatory a few days ago, felt like 40 Degrees in there! (Windows were all locked!!!) luckily it was only about 3mx3m so not a heavy lump of a carpet...

We got a 100 m2 conservatory to latex in 2 weeks time, that's not gonna happen in this weather! I'd rather do it at night.

    And today was very humid.
