If the lvt is on ply you can ply over it
Lol I wasn't there for the prep but was thinking I didn't realise Daz had a girl working for him o_O
Sorry for being so slow and doing a crap job;)
Who are ya ?
I've used a few times now It goes down pretty nice but definitely don't get the stated coverage per bag Lucky if I was getting 3m2 @3mm so not...
Yeah 360 mate
P131 peels off most surfaces most the time Can't stand the stuff and yes as above should have used 121
Probably just not counter sunk enough or feather bulging Only takes a slight pip and it will look like a rock under the lvt
DPM prime screed is the best root
Is the bitumen dried out or sticky ?
Old marley tiles on bitumen with self adhesive tiles stuck on top
There's a bit of waffle back on here today ;)
For a bathroom I'd say screed over the tiles Its not worth the hassle for what it is
Everything has to come up Be aware these tiles may contain Asbestos I'm guessing this is an older property Its will need a liquid DPM then...
They need to be stuck on a solid sub floor or even better not used at all tbh
What type of vinyl is it ? Click tiles ?
Don't leave gaps between the ply wood
Stick LVT with epoxy It won't move
