Really!! I've had grip fill pop straight off anhydrate. Prime round the edge with acrylic then use floor wise fast fix. I haven't tried it yet but...

Did you take a reading of the floorboards before installing the ply/wood flooring? I've seen the opposite....solid oak shrink big time when nailed...
I put spacia in a kitchen and when I went back 6 months later it was scratched to ***h, looked naff.

That sounds like they have missed the subfloor, Ive not seen that problem either. I find 20mm screws dont bite into 6mm ply enough, had to use...
