I'm guessing steam is used to soften the wood then some sort of mandrel machine physically bends it...seems long winded, as I'd personally Kerf...
How do you actually bend wood?

For real?! I found that way to be MUCH easier, since I don't have to keep moving the rest of the carpet out of my way! :lol:
