You cannot put lvt on chipboard, you will get problems for sure. 6mm ply to be safe, price difference to 4mm doesn't warrant the risk
Solution in the end has been the builder going back in and cutting off 30mm of the insulation depth then screeding over with a quick drying screed...
Think I'd need about 20 bags to fill tound the edge of all these
