10sqm Safety Floor rolls

    QA Flooring are about to introduce a safety floor in 10sqm rolls instead of 20sqm!!! what do you think!??

    do you mean linear? as rolls come 40m2 :D

    yes 20m2 instead of the typical 40m2 rolls.

    make it easier to handle I suppose, and guess you can get roll rate on 10 ln rolls too.

    Save the back most the time the lengths I do are not over 10 LM anyway. But would be nice to have the option of a 20 LM roll for when they do.

    Call me strange (many do)..
    I would just order a half roll and anything between 10Lm and 20Lm I'd just order the full roll as the cost is so little it doesn't really matter..

    My opinion doesn't matter on the rolls. Don't fit safety floor yet

    Austen, out of interest what range ? I used to sell short rolls of polyflor standard for £5sq, what prices would you be at? Forest fx was £4sq.

    will will only do 10lm not both - would this be a problem on the larger jobs?

    it will be our own range. £5!!? how was it so cheap?

    Used to buy 100's of roll ends from polyflor at better rates

    Mainly depends on style an cost Austin.
    Polyflor standard and hydro I buy a few rolls a month. Good prices and easy to fit.
     
  18. Might just be me but I really can't think of any benefit in 10m rolls ?! If anything it would be more of a restriction ?!
