Hi everyone! I was wondering if there was anyone out there who has experience with these carpets by Abbingdon. I'm currently getting conflicting recommendations when it comes to this collection. I specifically have "Lasting Romance" in mind but places i've spoken too say that it won't last 12 months and you'll easily see patches of it flattening down extremely quickly and not worth the price. But on the other hand i have others saying it's a great carpet and swears by it saying it's the best one on the market within it's class of deep pile. Thanks in advance J
All synthetics flatten. The amount of footfall and sometimes colour will have a effect. Most Abingdon carpets I’ve fitted have been good quality Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
If you want something soft and deep pile that doesn't flatten straight off, go for solution dyed nylon...
My parents have had deep feelings Down in their lounge for years with a decent underlay and it still looks cracking, there’s only 2 of them living there etc but still looks the part
