Adhesive underlay

Hi all i have a small landing to stick adhesive and to stick sisal carpet . I have a tub of F3 can i use this adhesive to stick underlay.

You want a tack adhesive for the underlay to sub floor like f41

 

Yes you can use F3 if you want to. Make sure you lay the underlay in while the glue is still wet.
