Hi, after some help/advice regarding a floor we are interested in. We have 15m2 of floor to cover. We have looked at Amtico echo shadow. Surface is a mix of timber(11m2) and concrete (4m2) within this there is a small area (1m2) which has underfloor heating. The quote is coming in at just over £3500 with a local installer. With confirmation from them they the product costs £90m. So my install costs are looking around £140m2. Surely this is too much, what do you guys think? I’m based in the North east.
Without seeing the job, i'd probably say a high end price for preparation materials would be about £30sqm and £35sqm fitting
