Any idea what’s causing this?

    I wasn’t sure what was going on, replaced it once, mainly due to damp problem from the join of the extension. But it also had this issue. Job was a pain in arse. Wouldn’t pay for any floor prep or anything. So have just refunded them glad to be out of it

    My mates Mrs hoovered the bathroom vinyl I fitted for him and it did that to it

    Take it it’s the roller brush that does it. I do say to customers not to hoover vinyl but thought that’s was mainly not to pull it /disturb it

    I thought about the dragging but some of the issues where about 2inch from kickboards so I ruled out table dragging etc for those
