Hi I’m on a restricted budget of £15 per square metre plus underlay to lay laminate in a 4x4 metre living room. Can anyone advise me on what laminate to go for in that price range plus a suitable underlay (20-year-old bungalow with concrete floor and a wood sub floor on top). I’ve laid quite a lot of laminate and solid wood over the years, but the price I paid 10 years ago is more likely 10x that today. No children in the house, just a couple of middle-aged dodderers
