My younger brother is starting his apprenticeship course with floorskills on Monday, going to be great getting new tips and tricks off him
I'm looking to get an apprentice this year and get on the floor skills as well but finding someone may be the hard thing.
I think it's hard getting lads who are interested in the trade, half the time they get fed up or have no willingness to learn after the 'honeymoon' period has worn off.
Ive had lots of lads over the years, there usually not switched on for a life of graft until theyve turnrd 20.
Tbh I think was the same at 16, straight out of school and working with a bloke who was 60. But as time went on I relised that I was trying to run before I could walk thought I could do it all but knew hardly anything.
