    I have a customer that is looking at a mid-range "LVT" for some commercial offices that is also open to (similar budget) products ie TRUE FOREST etc or any other ideas pls?.

    Ive just done a room in polysafe wood fx, I thought that looked pretty good? For 10 year LVT true forrest is pretty hard to beat on price
